So I created the styles, but when I try to create the outline list with the styles attached it does not work, the window to create a new multilevel list is not responding in the same manner as it has in the past, and so I'm totally hosed. I needed to create a the same outline numbering but change the the font and spacing (above and below the text etc) for a client document. In the past I've created an outline numbering using styles that have been associated with a multilevel list. ![]() ![]() I'm working with MS Word for Mac, Version 16.16.8.
